William D. Wallace II represents and advises clients in civil matters consisting mainly of oil and gas title examination, leasing, rights-of-way, acquisitions and divestitures, transportation, mineral purchases and sales, and landowners’ rights. In addition, Mr. Wallace represents clients in non-mineral-related real estate transactions, business/corporate formation, general business law, and mediations.
Mr. Wallace graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas (B.A. Political Science, 2008) and St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas (J.D., 2011).
After graduating from law school, Mr. Wallace practiced at a large oil and gas law firm in Houston, Texas. He joined what became Wallace and Wallace in 2013, having previously worked for his father Christopher Wallace as a summer clerk during law school.
Mr. Wallace is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar, State Bar of Texas, New York State Bar Association and Oneida County Bar Association in addition to numerous oil and gas trade and educational organizations.
